How we verify, and what we stand for
How every therapist is verified
No therapist appears on DreamGals until a real person on our team has checked them. Before going live, each therapist must provide and pass:
- Registered establishment — the therapist works under a named business that we confirm is genuinely registered with ACRA (by its UEN), or the equivalent registry abroad. The establishment's owner is responsible for their staff's work-permit / MOM compliance.
- Licensed premises — they must operate from a properly licensed establishment, not an unlicensed or private location.
- Live confirmation — a short WhatsApp video check that the person matches the listing and works under the named establishment. No documents are uploaded or stored.
Only after these are confirmed does a profile go live. Every verification is logged.
Data & privacy (PDPA)
We practise data minimisation. DreamGals does not collect or store any therapist's personal identification — no NRIC, FIN, passport or work-permit number. Under Singapore's PDPA these are treated as sensitive identifiers, so we deliberately never hold them.
For each listing we retain only the registered establishment's business name and UEN — public registry information, not personal data — which we check against ACRA. The establishment's owner remains responsible for their staff's work-permit and MOM obligations. We keep only the minimum information needed to operate bookings, and a customer's mobile is used solely to send a verification code.
Why no written reviews or "ratings out of subjectivity"
We show what's real and fair: the number of completed bookings a therapist has, plus a simple star rating after a session. We deliberately avoid open-text reviews so a single unfair comment can't damage an honest professional's reputation. After each booking, customers can also confirm the therapist was the same person as advertised and report any fake listing.
Customer conduct
By booking on DreamGals you agree to treat therapists with respect and that you are booking a professional wellness/massage service only. Any request for sexual services is a breach of these terms.
Reporting
If anything is not as described — a different person than advertised, an unlicensed setting, or any inappropriate conduct — please report it immediately and we will investigate and act, including reporting to the authorities where appropriate.
